Weight Watchers!

Hiya bet you thought you got rid of me for the day :)


If you have been reading my blog then you know that I found out I had PCOS and that i needed to loose some weight to help with the symptoms. 
Well I decided I would try weight watchers as my mom and sister are on it. I have tried many diets over the years but nothing seemed to work until I did weight watchers about a year ago. I managed to lose around 3 stone but just put the weight back on so I am going to give it another go. I liked the diet because you don't just end up eating rabbit food the whole time. If you don't know what weight watchers is basically all foods have pro points and you have a certain amount of daily points so you can eat what you like when you like until you reach your daily total. You also get weekly points so that you can still have treats and ALCOHOL :)  


I decided to keep me on track I would do a little update on how it is going and how I am feeling once a month.
It is day 1 of the diet and I am actually excited to start for once. 
I haven't set my self a goal or anything yet I was going to wait and see how it goes and how much I lose the first couple of weeks so I don't end up setting a stupid and unrealistic goal!

  1. Good Luck my dear, you'll do great. Remember not to cut out everything "bad" (e.g junk) otherwise you'll go crazy, a bit of chocolate goes a long way! :)

  5. I am a nutritionist and can honestly say that neither WW or regular dieting would suit you because you need something personalised to maintain balance of hormones that help to maintain and lose weight. WW can actually make things worse for you. x
